Use new crossref generation code in elife-bot DepositCrossref activity #86

Part of this exercise I want it to result in a less complicated DepositCrossref activity that the elife-bot runs. The new code as it is now is producing fully featured and accurate deposits so this should be straightforward to implement.

The new code is integrated and running on the elife-bot now. Recent articles are depositing with no errors and the configuration is working as expected. Done!
