Add check to see whether made it to PMC/PubMed pages #30

As PMC and PubMed have issues we often don't realise to later (or an author alerts us), I wonder whether we should add to our workflow processes to check PubMed/PMC for publication too, and if not there within 2 weeks/24 hrs, respectively, send an error message to Production?
