Update meta-elisa maintainers #40

The list of maintainers in in the meta-elisa readme need to be updated. See: https://github.com/elisa-tech/meta-elisa#maintainers

We need to change Jochen to e.g. @pahmann Maybe @AGLExport should be changed to @sudipm-mukherjee @gabpaoloni to see, if he remains in the list.
