Unplayable with Xbox Elite controller #1078

My triggers aren't registering as buttons. The game thinks LB is RT, R3 is Start, X is B, B is A, and A is run. How can I fix this because I really want to play through it? I tried playing without Steam Input but then the controller doesn't work at all.

Tried again without Steam Input and the controller is working but the inputs are still all over the place and triggers do not work. This is with xidi.
