Update fixes selection to allow the option for survival and reproduction selection in both life stages for all models, which fixes a major bug that may affect simulation outcomes (when expectations are based on 1 generation = 2 SLiM cycles).
Additional changes:
changed the syntax for population names in the Eidos model - instead of using p0 for gametophytes and p1 for sporophytes, we changed the notation to p1 for gametophytes (which are usually haploid, or 1N) and p2 for sporophytes (which are usually diploids, or 2N). We believe this is much more intuitive for the user.
angiosperm models now separate pollen and eggs into separate populations, which allows us to properly control population sizes. Otherwise, simulations with realistic parameters tend to gradually lose females until none are left (within ~20 gens or less). p0 is now used for pollen.
