Add an example for using the Fake adapter #23

This took me an extremely long time to figure out! I'm hoping this might help someone else down the line. Specifically the format of the IP (tuples as keys in hashes) + what to include in each record.

I only needed the country code in my assertions, if you want to suggest what else could go in there, I'm all ears!

Coverage remained the same at 98.421% when pulling 0292bf1e4d2b3a5d94c09dea89e99df3c9c68b44 on coladarci:patch-1 into 0a0508db410732fa8a24cbcd28e44f89b1b30afa on elixir-geolix:master.
