Web app flickers when scrolling #1082

This is an issue I've had both with regular Mastodon's web app and Elk's web app, so maybe it's a problem with my phone (iPhone SE 2022, less than a month old, iOS 16.2). There doesn't seem to be much logic for when this starts happening, but it seems to happen more often once I've been using the web app for a while. I would like it to stop flickering.
