Big library message opens many times #12

When importing my library, at some point a message popped up saying "Wow! You're library is very big!". But it didn't pop up once, it opened like 1000 windows or so.

I also got the crashes mentioned in #6. But that's out of scope of this issue.

I confirm, when loading items in library I get multiple notifications, like one notification per loaded file.
