bootable 68k ROM? #1

I'm doing a little ROM hacking for Quadras, and it would be cool to build from source instead. I can't really tell from skimming, how far is this repo from being able to build a ROM that could actually boot a 68k machine? I'm not so concerned about creating a bit-exact reproduction, but rather something I can extend.

The source dump is close to the Quadra 660/840AV, not so much to the other Quadras. I haven't tried building a ROM for a 68k machine. I'd say there is about a week or two of work in it.
