Admin Panel to relay all actions to discord webhook #52

Looking to get all actions done on the admin panel (with censoring were it makes sense, like email addresses) to be relayed to the discord webhook, also to require reasons why something is being done and it also being stored server site and posted to the discord.

best would be another page were all actions are on display as well. a public change log if you will
