Deciding on the behavior of filter dropdown menu #30

Design decisions:

[ ] When the user types into the text field, we should implement regex to match the characters typed in, to the menu items listed.
[x] We should have a confirm button at the bottom of the dropdown menu to close the menu and implement the filter

Backend decisions:

[x] When a menu item is clicked, the menu item should be stored in a state
[ ] Upon confirmation, a redux action should be dispatched, modifying the current alert list Redux state
[ ] The current alert list stored on the Redux state should then be filtered to only include the item, according to the filter.
[ ] Implement RegEx based on the text field input
