Workaround for now is editing the table. But I could see adding this feature 
but you have to realize you will loose your old search engine ranking for the 
old url if you have change it.

@dannii: why don't try to make simple a new table with 301 redirect for old 
topics name? :/
Or to maintain topic's id in url and use it for rewrite? :)
