Looks like people have real trouble tracking animals' bills as expenses come out and donations come in. So this might be good to do first, then it could be integrated into a wider toolkit.

could use google spreadsheets as back-end so data doesn't even need to be exported, but there may be workflow issues and integration issues with spreadsheets (you certainly can't use the PayPal API to autoupdate the spreadsheet AFAIK!). so it may just be an UI on top of G Spreadsheets
