Similar to how sproutcore20 and sproutcore-datastore already work, the
Gemfile and Rakefile were originally copied from sproutcore-datastore
with a few edits to make them work here and a new task to create a
minified version.
I also updated all gems in the Gemfile, the outdated version of
uglifier in the original Gemfile didn't agree with my machine (an
old powerpc iMac)
