Scrolling by scroll-wheel in Firefox is exceeding slow #242

Visit http://emberjs.com/list-view/ with Firefox and try to scroll using your mouse's scroll wheel. The view will only scroll by the tiniest amount. Works correctly in Chrome and IE 11.

Firefox version: 37.0.1
