Thank you for writing this draft, I have made some suggestions

Changes are annotated commit by commit

The bulk of the changes in this PR are grammar and spelling. There are rewording of some sentences for emphasis or clarity (see individual commits)

Additionally, add a note about device inventory security implications (perhaps unnecessarily obvious but included for completeness)
