It would be very useful, if VSeeFace supports scale and offset for root transforms according to VMC protocol specification v2.1.

You just need to activate the Root Scale Offset Synchronize property in the ExternalReceiver of EVMC4U. It's backward compatible implemented, i tested it. RootScaleOffset

OS: Windows 10 Enterprise
VSeeFace: v1.13.38
