[x] I acknowledge that this PR is not a solution to the Gilded Rose Kata, but an improvement to the template.

As discussed in https://github.com/emilybache/GildedRose-Refactoring-Kata/issues/541, I've renamed the 2 C# example projects and deleted one.

Note that I've also added the ApprovalTest.ThirtyDays.verified.txt file which makes sure that people can start right-away.
