So the core functionality of this is good to go. Before pushing it out to crates.io though I'd like to get a readme together and improve the docs in #6 :)

Looks great to me! I see how the formatter has reduced the amount of code pretty significantly; despite the JSON-by-hand we're currently doing (which we might improve with a few small helper functions) I'm pretty sold on this approach :+1:
