Metadata & Faces checkboxes are gray out

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Run Phoshare in Mac Snow Leopard with iPhoto 9.1.1
2.
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I expect to be able to check the options like "Copy faces into metadata"
What i see is, all options except "Export faces into folders" are gray out.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
1.4.3

Thanks for including a screenshot, that makes resolving this easy.

You have to install exiftool for metadata operations. Details are on the 
phoshare documentation site at https://sites.google.com/site/phosharedoc/ 
(under "Requirements"). The download link is also shown in the output panel of 
the Phoshare app (as shown in your screenshot).
