The Complementary (Meta)Data, Image Data and Occurrence Records collected are jointly owned by EMBRC and the operation stations”

-- organisation: EMBRC but is there some ID for it? Yes, EMBRC has EDMO Id 5669

Check the water_observatory.csv for the observatory contact person and the water_sampling.csv (or the sediment_sampling.csv) for the person that has sampled. Also here https://github.com/emo-bon/governance-data/blob/main/observatories.csv
