Which DLSS version are you using though? The most recent DLSS version 3.5 does this with all games, if you set it to over 0.7 it goes to F (maybe it allows other than F in specific recognized games, I don't know, but it's nothing you can control from DLSStweaks) and you can't change this... I think some other of the later 3.1.x versions that also has this behaviour, but if you use 3.1.11.0 or 3.1.2.0 it should work fine.
Can I ask what graphics card and native resolution you are using for RDR2 with those settings? Not because it matters to your question, but I'm thinking of starting over with RDR2 again would be fun I didn't play more than maybe half way or less through the story before, but i've gone from a good 1440p on a 2060 Super to using a 4k TV for screen on a fast 3080 12GB, so not sure what I could expect from it.
Hello everyone,
DLSStweaks is a great tool, I really appreciate it and if it was on patreon, I'd probably subscribe.
However,
When I launch Red Dead Redemption 2 and try to set the DLSS ultraquality/ quality multiplier to 0.8333, 0.75, or 1.00 (DLAA), as well as the corresponding quality value for these multipliers, the game always defaults to preset F, even though I desire setting D. Every time I start the game, I find myself needing to adjust the settings manually using the development DLSS libraries.
Configuration:
I'm using dlsstweaks version 0.200.7b3, and I have the dlsstweaks ini folder properly set up with the settings at "D" and enabled. I have made sure that everything is set to D and override as per previous discussions on the topic.
Any advice?
