Install other Samvera dependencies

Story

As a Repository Administrator, I want to ensure that additional dependencies are configured for Hyrax use, so that we can run background workers, characterize files, generate thumbnails, etc.

Acceptance Criteria

Use one or more of the following options to provide acceptance criteria.

See these Hyrax notes for what is hopefully current information.

Checklist

These are TBD and need refinement:

[ ] Redis? (could also be part of RDS)
[ ] Sidekiq
[ ] FITS
[ ] ImageMagick
[ ] LibreOffice?
[ ] Others?
[ ] Establish separate server for background jobs per environment (as time permits - we can address later also. Could setup the EC2s first and move these various apps over to it later)

These items should be installed for each environment:

[ ] test
[ ] prod

Look at not moving the apps over to a new server until we make sure Hyrax is up and running. Create a working arch first.

We anticipate this may not all get done in Sprint 1. May be easiest to get the Hyrax install up and running first and then figure out what is missing.
