Spring 2018 Graduate's record Goines, Katrina is not findable and maybe did not publish #23

Please replace the things in italics (like this).

I believe there is a problem with published record, because when a user searches for the ETD does the following:

Steps to reproduce the behavior, like 1. Log in 2. Click on 'search field' 3. Scroll down to 'enter name: Goines, Katrina' 4. See error

they expected

to pull up her published Spring 2018 record

but instead

it is not findable.

I believe this affects small of our users because not many people will look for her master's thesis, and they are a qualifier impacted because another reason. According to Laney Admin, Katrina Pid: https://etd.library.emory.edu/concern/etds/79407x20j did graduate in the Spring 2018 and her record was approved.

Howdy Collin. Goines, Katrina is still not findable in ETDs when searching by her name or by her record's title? Looks like Katrina's record is still in Approved status and did not publish?
