I believe there is a problem with student submissions, because when a student submitter does the following:
Steps to reproduce the behavior, like
_1. Log in_and authenticate to view their submitted record
2. Click on 'Primary PDF Actions Dropdown'3. Scroll down to 'Delete option.'4. See error
they expected
to delete their Primary PDF from this dropdown
but instead
student submitter should NOT be able to delete their Primary PDF from this dropdown.
I believe this affects a number of student submitters of our users because if their Approver has requested changes to their Primary PDF, and the student is attempting to do so impacted because they should not have a delete button visible to them in this place..
Please replace the things in italics (like this).
