Fix Cloudflare Pages Initial HTML Fetch Performance Issues #104

This has been a long saga of not much progress. The old Pages project is stupidly slow. The new Pages project is snappy as expected.

Here is the original issue before I figured out what I now believe is the issue.

Finally figured this out. Removed a bunch of old deploys and now things are much snappier.
