As far as I can see, ramen is part of the large aspell dictionaries:
It is not part of the smaller dictionaries:

Ramen are delicious noodles from Japan, but the word is commonly used in American English, and has been for decades. It's also today's Wordle, and it drove me crazy trying to figure it out.
