Upgrade image upload and storage

Expected Behavior

• Allow users to see thumbnails of uploaded photos
• Allow users to upload multiple photos
  • Plan how this will be stored in user db table

Stretch:

• Drop files to upload?
• Add storage bucket creation to local db reset functionality
