Readjust git links and enGrid attachments in the new wiki #24

There are several links that are now outdated in the new wiki:

Mental note: the mediawiki definitions aren't working as intended on the transferred pages. To fix, use it like this:

Git links fixed. All that's left is tying up the mirror at repo.or.cz.
