Readjust git links and enGrid attachments in the new wiki

There are several links that are now outdated in the new wiki:

• Most are pertaining to the git repositories that enGrid has.
• Some are for example the build.bash scripts.

Still have to ask @ogloth what to do here...

Mental note: the mediawiki definitions aren't working as intended on the transferred pages. To fix, use it like this:
