feature/MONO 564 downgrade the client

This PR does all the necessary changes to make the library work well in PHP 7 with Guzzle 5.

• Replace new assertIsArray usages with the old ones in tests
• Remove void type-hints
• Set the dependencies to a lower point
• Add readme usage disclaimer
