ajaxify OCW + Amazon API requests #59

Currently, OCW and Amazon API is hardcoded via Ruby. Either:

use a purely JS API, or:
have a seperate view for the data, and use ajax to fetch from the relevant page

The goal here is to minimize page load time. The above APIs delay they page load as currently implemented.
