Instagram++ save media with profile name #243

Hi I've been using Instagram++, YouTube++ and Whatsapp++ and I'm a paid user. I use them via Cydia tweaks on my i7 on 10.1.1

I have one request about Instagram media: They are saved with a very long and bizarre file name. Is there any option for saving them in this format: {profile_name}.{long_identifier}?

Is this option already present? If yes, how do I do it? If no, please provide this option.
