Fix a few issues with ECP5 standalone generator #280

I haven't been able to get it working on ECP5 yet (so can't test), but these seem to be issues.

Thanks @antonblanchard, we can indeed also expose these parameters for ECP5. This is merged.

@antonblanchard: Just in case, I'm also currently doing some tests with the standalone generator on ECP5/DDR3 (Butterstick), so if you have troubles/issues, ping me, it should be fresh in my head :)
