We cannot use brew anymore for this library, as the apache-arrow formula was removed: https://github.com/Homebrew/homebrew-core/commit/6cd7f61d2d07d5fd9f8747ea0f620169cc8a2434

@sylwiabr Not because of this change. README suggests to use conda, not brew. However I don't anyone is using conda-based setup anymore, so perhaps we should replace it anyway. But that's for later.
