Does this support claude 3.5 sonnet? #80

From the readme it seems that a goal is to support claude 3 opus, but is claude 3.5 sonnet also supported? (Assuming it is, I can update the README if so)

@cktang88 yup you're right. We've actually switched to sonnet 3.5 but haven't updated the readme, would be awesome if you could update it 🙌
