TGM Plugin Activation? #88

Hi,

Maybe it's a stupid questions, but:

  1. Can I include envato-wordpress-toolkit to my Theme with TGM Plugin Activation? If yes, why it's not mentioned in readme?
  2. Why envato-wordpress-toolkit is not available in WP Repository?

You cannot load the toolkit in the root of a theme, it needs to be activated as a plugin. It's not in the plugin directory because it's not allowed according to the rules.
