From Gabo's input:

We could also create a standard eosio.token Rate Token and give permission to eoseosrate to issue 1 token per rate, just to launch with a token. Later we can update it. eosratetoken is available @Edgar :cara_ligeramente_sonriente: 12 chars if we restrict 1 rate token per unique rating then we would need to store that uniq rating key on ram, it would just be combination of your eos account and the producer account, but still require some RAM. if not it would be an open Rate Token faucet and the timestamp, so you need wait a least 1month in order to rate again the same bp and get rewarded
