SL Request: IC news "site" / Gaianet integrated

An IC page where the different news sources can have their own tab / page to post news on (EG. ICNN / ARIN)

(Requirement) requests:

• Pre-upload possibility (so SL can schedule the news in advancE)
• Discord bot integration? (so it can be uploaded in this page and the discord will just say HI THERE IS NEWS)
• Beacon integration? (Headlines can be shown on beacon?)
