Maybe an entity flag? The Lost doesn't leave any pee splats, even tho it's health is constantly changed to half a soul heart, so there probably something like that already in the game itself.
Also I think it would be quite good if the pee splat had the player as it's spawner entity, since it currently is set as nil and this makes it quite hard to identify.
