Most "configure" options do not work with HiC

Hi,

I have recently started to use this browser to visualize HiC data, either publicly available or generated in our lab. Whenever I try to adjust the parameters in the data control section of the "Configure" menu, the options window closes and nothing happens. Thus, I cannot manually change the resolution or the normalization method, although this was a new feature reportedly introduced in March of this year. Besides, I cannot modify the height of HIC tracks, although in this case the window remains there.

Hi @Rmulet, sorry for late reply... the height configuration is indeed a bug for hic tracks, it's always automatically calculated how many space the track needed.

The normalization should work though...if you want you can send me the url to your hic file? We have been put most of our effort on developing a new version of the browser, we welcome you try it. Thanks.
