Added support for MCC USB1608HS-2A0 #19

Small change to add support for USB1608HS-2AO. Minimally tested, but it seems to be behaving with the device so far.

This looks good, thanks. Just one question. In your st.cmd you have the serial number without a leading 0. That should not work with R4-0. Did you test with that?

Did you test on Linux or Windows or both?

I did not test with the code with the placeholder serial number. Can certainly be changed to have a leading 0.

This has only been tested on a linux-x86_64.
