I am unavailable for tomorrows update. Code should be up to date for EpiNow 1.2.1 with the timeseries code being unchanged.

A complete update should take around 2 hours on a 64 core machine. To setup dependencies etc either use the provided docker instructions or your own set up coupled with a dependency update using devtools::install_dev_deps(). Ru nthe update with bash update.sh. Submission to the hub has previously been handled by @kathsherratt but involves a PR to the hub repo.

Great - thanks Sam, especially for flagging the dependency issue. I'll run this evening in case of any time-consuming bugs to fix.
