automatic download of resources from Ensemble (like snakemake RNA pipeline does it) and/or Zenodo -> no! not ETC for powerusers

[x] provide commands for downloading hg38 and mm10 from Zenodo to /resources folder
[x] fill default config with the respective paths to increase reproducibility and accessibility (not BSF anymore, because even CeMMies do not have access)
