All youtube.com links are replaced with youtube-nocookie.com #145

Bug/Problem

The replacement with youtube-nocookie.com is too greedy and is not limited to replace embed URLs but also replaces text URLs.

Steps to reproduce

  1. Add a link to youtube.com
  2. Visit frontend
