Add flexibility in visualisation, including external timeseries #7

Would be useful to be able to import and display additional timeseries datasets (e.g. Rt, climate) alongside/overlaid on existing plots.

Could also explore options for overlaid summary statistics (i.e. % overall CFR, ratio of male/female in cases etc.)

This has not been fully addressed, but there is some discussion in issue #6

Out of technical stuff, it will be useful to have a way to add institutional logo(s)
