The tests are not designed to be run in jupyter, please try in a normal terminal.

I am trying now in cmd. I am still getting errors. The first one is: UserWarning: h5py is running against HDF5 1.10.2 when it was built against 1.10.3, this may cause problems... Any idea what might be happening? When I run it from python.exe it is just crashing in the first 5 minutes. I have python 3.6 Attached screenshots: image

When you file a bug report like this a form should appear asking you for salient information, like OS, Python version, Eqcorrscan version, how you installed it... did this not happen? Can you provide these details.

The output you are sending doesn't help me find out what is wrong. Can you dump the full output to a text file and attach it to this issue please.

No it opened the thread and did not ask about any information. OS: Windows 10 Python version: Python 3.6.5 Eqcorrscan_Log.txt

Eqcorrscan: EQcorrscan-0.4.0-py3.6.egg-info I was able to get rid of the h5py error. Attached is the whole output text file. thanks

Looks okay, the two gained tests appear to be nothing to worry about. The first is a small difference in correlation sum, but the correlations themselves test well.

What did you do to fix the hdf5 warning, and how did you install eqcorrscan?

I will add a template for general issues like this to mirror the bug issue template. Thanks.

ymaalouf commented 4 years ago

you run this to avoid the hdf5 problem: conda install -c anaconda keras I actually followed the recommendation on the website; and upgraded whatever needed to be upgraded. Thanks

That is strange to need to install keras...

It sounds like the tests are running (nearly) as expected now, so I'm going to close this.
