[Marker.io] Editorial ethics policuy

We'd like to reduce the overall size of this box and reduce the footprint it has on the page. Can we:

1. Remove the "Editorial Ethics..." headline complete
2. Reduce the whitespace above and below the box so that it's tighter with the author lines and text

I have some separate feedback for mobile
