[Marker.io] "editorial ethics policy" hyperlink

Can the "editorial ethics policy" be a pop up, rather than another page it redirects to? (just like the "advertising disclosure"). The page it redirects to feels like it needs more spacing too.

@tronsymphony Travis actually wants to remove the link from the Editorial Ethics Policy completely (so there will only be the modal).
