Localisation is failing with isar-robot #1301

Describe the bug Isar robot always fails the localisation mission, at least when running locally

To Reproduce Run a mission, then look at the history page. Isar is returning a 400 status code when trying to start the mission

Expected behavior It should return a 200 type status

Not a real issue, testing with inconsistent versions
