Mission running with no connection #1358

Describe the improvement you would like to see The robot should not complete its mission if the broker or the backend goes down. May have to change the architecture between Flotilla, Isar and broker by introducing two-way heartbeat or similar solutions.

How will this change existing functionality? It will be a safer way of operating the robot at the plants.

How will this improvement affect the current Threat Model? N/A
